Cuts a stack of paper up to 12″ wide and 1 1/2″ thick. Easy-to-turn, hand-cranked positive clamp holds paper in place, eliminating shifting and tearing. Adjustable paper guide and standard and metric rule guides let your work precisely. Safety blade latch prevents cutting until released. Heavy-duty wood base is 3/4″ thick and has non-skid feet.
